Clean , new and nice view.

The property is not very near to centre, you need to pay a taxi. There are restaurants, salon and many other facilities but the prices are expensives. And about inside the property, you need pay to have everything and you don’t have much space in the freezer.

Great location.

Great location. Gym, pool access. Nice to meet people from other countries. A really nice grocery store inside mall next door and plenty of restaurants on basement floor. Easy to get into town via grab drivers. Nice view from balcony. Clean beds. Warm water to shower.

I booked this place for the air conditioning(A/C), gym, price and hostel environment. But the A/C was off in the shared areas, and the owners kept manipulating the temperature in our shared room of 4 people. I ended up leaving after just 2-3 days (I booked 9) because they came in while we were all in bed and put the temp to 80 F (26 C) in a room the size of a small child’s room. I literally left the room after a few hours and slept on the common room mini futon couch that had the balcony door open because outside was cooler then our shared room. I had one of the top bunks so the 80F (26C) was blowing on me the entire time). I tried to contact the owner via WhatsApp to no avail and knocked on the door where an employee was staying to no avail to change the temperature in our shared 4 person room. In the morning, after only sleeping 3 hours due to heat, I told the owner that I didn’t appreciate him coming into our hostel room and changing the temperature to cool to hot. He then preceded to imply that it was this guy sleeping below me who might have changed it. I then told him, no, I saw you come in and change the temperature, it wasn’t the fellow who sleeps below me. The owner then says “oh, you saw that” and I go “yes, I did”. I then simply stated that I was going to find another place and that Asked about a refund of the rest of my money and he said booing.com would take money from him. I said “hmmm okay”. Mind you I was calm the entire time and did book a lovely place that actually means it when they say there is A/C. Everyone in the room was upset about the temperature that night but I believe I was the only one that may have said something, but I know 2 others that left right after me. This was an on going thing with the temperature control ... constantly coming Into shared dorm room and making it warmer.

I fully enjoyed the accomodation and services that were provided professionally. Additionally, It was an ideal location to take a short holiday, I will surely book again.

There is nothing to dislike about the whole place and services.

The hotel is very clean. go to District 1 only takes 10 minutes. Staff very friendly. The balcony is very high and very cool. comfortable and quiet space. The bedroom is extremely clean. I will come back soon.

Such a great place/value

The building and the whole neighborhood were surprisingly new, everything way much cleaner than other hoods. The price is quite cheap, and having accessibility to a new swimming pool and gym is great. The staff is very friendly and eager to help. If you like shopping there is even a big mall right next to the building and many restaurants around (even an ice rink). Would recommend staying here since getting to the city center by grab is fast and cheap.

Mình yêu cái ban công của nhà vừa ngồi cà phê nhìn sông, công viên thơ mộng tha hồ mơ mộng và selfie (^^). Nhà sạch va mát lắm, bạn có thể sử dụng 10 hồ bơi và gym free nhé. Quá thích luôn vì mình không thể tin giá rẻ mà lại được nhiều tiện ích đến vậy. Nhà này là chung cư mới nằm kế bên toà Land mark 81 nhé nên nhắm hướng đi dễ khỏi sợ lạc..

Tuyệt quá sức tưởng tượng!

Tuyệt quá sức tưởng tượng! Rất sạch sẽ và ấm áp. Phòng nằm trong khu căn hộ cao cấp ở Vinhomes và có view nhìn ra sông và công viên. Chị chủ nhà rất dễ thương và thân thiện. Ai đến đây cũng rất hài lòng và tôi đã có thêm rất nhiều bạn sau khi đến đây.

It's not a hostel.

Comfortable bed. There is a small kitchen you can use.

Description of this place is highly misleading. First of all its not a hostel but a private apartment in a block complex. There are 2 rooms. One of them is occupied by professionals who work in Saigon and the other one is for guests. The room is tiny, there is no space for luggage or other belongings. I stayed there 3 days and the place never been clean up during this time. It wasn't particularly tidy when I checked in neither. There is no 24h reception. You have to be lucky to get in. When I arrived I had to wait for the owner, one of the guests opened the door for me. Owner charges you 500,000 deposit for the key card. There is no info about it in the place description. Another really annoying fact is that they say they accept card payment but it's not true!

Pool was okay.

Pool was okay. View as beautiful.

The place is an appartment that two other two girls live there. Thr bathroom was dirty and didn't provide the stuff they mention at the description. The room is so small that can't out your ouggagein or turn around to get stuff. The wardrobe had stuff from them in. Towels have to pay for it. Pooliw okaybuttoo many children at the pool. Area is expensive and doesn't give you the vibe of the city. I had also brought a guest that night that stayed for a couple of hours and slept in wam vd and wantd to pay another bed. The girls there aren't friendly and are rather distant, just only care of making money. After I went to a hostel downtown and had all included plus towels and breakfast for cheaper.

The bed was comfortable.

The bed was comfortable. Nice balcony.

So first of all; this is not a hostel. It is an apartment building and the place is an apartment, and most of the people who live there have jobs in Saigon. When I arrived, I called the owner and was told that check-in was at 1 pm so I stayed at a reception for 1,5 hours waiting for him. No place to leave my backpack besides in a lounge full of people walking in and out of the building. So didn’t want to do that. At 1 pm - no one showed so I called again and he came after another 15 min of waiting. He showed me the apartment and asked for 500000 vmd in deposit for the keycard to the door. Could not take payment with creditcard, eventhough it said so when I booked. He told me that the toilet was broken so I had to use the one in the other room. Later I find out that the door to the other room was closed all the time, so basicly no toilet to use besides one that was not really working. Later when I returned from being out, I came back and the keycard did not work so I could not get in. I was lucky that a man came out after a while so I could get into the building. When I get up to the apartment I can’t get in. So I ring the doorbell and another resident let me in. Apparently there was a pinkode for the door, but the guy didn’t tell me that. The hole place needed cleaning, the pillow and blanket smelled very bad. The pool is not like the pictures.
